From collected SC to eligible SC
SC collected through a bonus, daily reward, giveaway or postal request is not immediately redeemable. Cider Casino requires it to be played at least once and may attach a higher requirement. SC won through qualifying promotional play can become eligible after the applicable conditions are met.
The account must hold at least 100 eligible SC before a request can be submitted. Cider Casino may cap redemption at $10,000 per day and applies a $5,000 sweepstakes-period limit in New York, although New York is separately listed as excluded from current promotional play.
Destination, fees and timing
Cash redemptions may be sent to the financial account or wallet used for a Gold Coin purchase, or to another nominated bank account when the original route is not technically available. Cider Casino reserves the right to require the same payment method and to charge handling or processing fees.
The current rules say processing may take up to 30 days. Identity review can add delay, and prizes of $500 or more may take longer or be paid in multiple amounts.
If a redemption stalls
Contact official support with the request date, amount, method and case number. Ask for the specific incomplete step. Do not cancel and resubmit repeatedly unless support instructs you to do so.
