Creating and recovering a HelloMillions account
Use your legal name, correct birth date, current address, and an email you control. Those details must later match identity, payment, location, and redemption records.
Recover access instead of opening another account
- Use the password-reset route for the registered email account.
- Wait through the temporary block if more than five incorrect attempts triggered it.
- Contact support if the email is inaccessible or the account may be compromised.
- Keep using the original account and do not create a replacement.
Changing account information
HelloMillions routes email and material profile changes through support and may request identity verification. Update legal name, address, phone, email, and payment information before redemption, then keep written confirmation.
Inactivity, restriction, and closure
HelloMillions can suspend or close accounts for duplicate registration, inaccurate identity, payment-name mismatch, chargebacks, prohibited location, coordinated activity, referral abuse, or other policy violations.
Rules version 1.9 says SC expire after 60 consecutive days without game play using SC. The Terms and Player Safety page use broader Virtual Coin or account-inactivity language, so ask support which activity standard and currency treatment apply before taking a long break.
If a HelloMillions account is locked
Check
- Failed-login timing, registered email, location, payment changes, verification requests, and recent activity.
Collect
- Account ID, registered email, time, device, exact error, and transaction or ticket IDs.
Next
- Contact support using the original account details.
- Do not create a second account while the case is reviewed.
Closure, self-exclusion, and deletion
| Action | Effect | Important follow-up |
|---|---|---|
| Ordinary closure | Support closes normal account access | It is different from a fixed self-exclusion |
| Self-exclusion | Blocks login and activity for 1 month to 1 year | Cannot be reversed during the selected period |
| Privacy deletion | Requests deletion or restriction of personal data | Identity can be verified and legally required records retained |
Closing an account can forfeit remaining Virtual Coins under the Terms. Privacy deletion is a separate verified request under the Privacy Policy, and payment, fraud, security, dispute, and legal records may remain.
Cross-brand and referral account rules
A referred friend is ineligible after previously opening an account with relevant B-Two brands and must join the same site as the referrer. Related-brand account history can therefore matter even when the HelloMillions account itself is new.
Frequently asked questions
Can I open a new account if I forgot my HelloMillions login?
No. Recover the original account or contact support. A duplicate can affect promotions, verification, and redemption.
Does closing a HelloMillions account delete all personal data?
No. Closure and privacy deletion are separate, and some records can be retained for legal, payment, security, and dispute purposes.
