The three official state lists conflict
The current homepage excludes Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia.
Promotional Play Rules v3.0, updated July 14, 2026, exclude California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Washington in their opening notice. Clause 5.2.3 repeats the list but omits Louisiana, creating a conflict inside the same document.
