Prior 14 days for gameplay, purchases and redemptions
Limits cover money, play and time
Players can request a maximum number of coins played, a Gold Coin purchase amount and a daily time limit. Daily limits expire after seven days, while weekly and monthly limits expire after 30 days. The daily-time tool has a three-hour minimum, which is less protective for someone seeking a shorter cap.
Activity reminders can interrupt play hourly and show activity since login. Account settings provide 14 days of gameplay and transaction history.
Breaks and self-exclusion require careful reading
Short breaks disable purchases and gameplay for up to 14 days. Self-exclusion disables purchases and gameplay for longer periods and removes marketing messages, but the policy lets a player request reactivation during the exclusion. RealPrize may approve that request after a 48-hour cool-off.
RealPrize correctly labels common beliefs about luck, prediction and strategy as myths. Its Responsible Social Gameplay Policy v1.5 also lists warning signs and external support organizations.
