Gift cards and cash follow different routes
Prizeout supplies digital gift cards from participating merchants. Official help says requests are commonly processed in 1 to 3 days, but merchant selection and third-party terms can vary.
Cash is paid in U.S. dollars to a personal remittance instrument. RealPrize may use an additional remittance instrument if the first route is unavailable. Requests worth at least $2,500 may take longer and may be paid in installments.
The Rules and help center conflict on fees
The current Promotional Play Rules allow RealPrize to charge a processing fee if disclosed through site content. An older official help article says no redemption fee is charged. Check the live confirmation screen because the Rules preserve the ability to impose one.
Florida accounts have a $5,000 cap on redeemable SC won from one spin, play or equivalent. RealPrize may request address and Social Security details before aggregate annual redemptions reach $600.
