Purchases buy Gold Coins, not Sweep Coins
Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed. Some specially designated packages may include Sweep Coins as a free bonus, but the exact package is the controlling evidence.
RealPrize may set purchase limits, revise pricing and charge a disclosed processing fee. Its responsible-play tools allow players to request a Gold Coin purchase limit for a chosen period.
Before a RealPrize purchase
- Confirm the package price and both coin amounts
- Record the displayed playthrough and expiration
- Use a payment method in the account holder’s name
- Save the receipt and transaction ID
- Set a purchase limit before spending if one would help
Billing problems should be reported within 30 days under the current Terms. RealPrize may issue a refund or credit at its discretion, but that is not a guaranteed remedy.
