Verification can be broader than basic identity
RealPrize may request a government ID, selfie, address evidence, bank ownership, tax details and other information needed to complete its checks. The name used for registration must match the government ID and personal payment instrument.
Proof of address and bank statements should generally be dated within the prior three months. Clear, complete and current files reduce avoidable delays.
Prepare for RealPrize verification
- Use the legal name shown on your government ID.
- Keep the account address and payment ownership current.
- Photograph documents clearly with all required edges visible.
- Submit only through the official site or an authenticated support route.
- Keep the request reference and date for follow-up.
RealPrize may limit, suspend or terminate an account if checks are incomplete or unsatisfactory. The Terms generally provide 30 days to supply requested verification material.
