Start with a complete support record
The current Terms ask complaints to include a detailed explanation, username, full name, account email and supporting material such as dates, times and screenshots. Avoid sending full payment credentials or identity files through an unverified email thread.
RealPrize’s help center contains useful payment, verification and redemption guides, but several articles were last updated in 2023 or 2024. The newest versioned policies should control when a help article disagrees.
When a RealPrize redemption remains pending
Check
- Confirm that verification is complete and only one request is open
- Compare the amount with the 45 SC gift-card or 100 SC cash minimum
- Check email and spam for document or Prizeout messages
Collect
- Redemption request ID, amount, method and submission time
- Screenshots of the status and any displayed fee
- Verification confirmation and relevant support replies
Next
- Submit one complete help-center request
- Quote the current Promotional Play Rules clause involved
- Ask for the missing requirement and a written status update
For a game dispute, record the title, currency mode, play amount, time and round identifier. RealPrize treats its server record as controlling when the device display differs.
