Prize rules allow Clash5 to verify age, identity, address and Social Security information and to request a facial-biometric scan. Payment ownership, bank-account ownership and source of funds or wealth can also be checked.
An on-screen win is not treated as final until eligibility and the play have been validated. Screenshots help explain an issue to support but do not replace Clash5’s internal result records.
Biometric retention is unusually specific
Clash5 may collect a biometric faceprint and retain it until the purpose is satisfied or for three years after the last interaction, unless another legal duty applies. That specificity helps informed consent but is a substantial privacy tradeoff.
Players should review the privacy policy before registration, not only when a prize request triggers KYC.
