Clash5 prohibits use outside the United States and allows the platform to restrict additional territories. Individual casino suppliers can impose narrower limits even when the player can access the main account.
The public Terms do not justify a claim that Clash5 is available in 48 states. A registration screen, game tile or account location check may apply a narrower current rule.
Location and identity must remain consistent
Players must be physically eligible, supply accurate information and avoid location disguise. A U.S. address alone does not authorize participation while outside the country.
The practical step is to check the current Clash5 Terms and the account’s location result before buying a mystery box. Availability is a product rule and should not be presented as state legal approval.
