Clash5 Responsible Play
The limits, cooling-off tools, self-exclusion options, and support resources available to players.
Limit periods
Daily, weekly or monthly
Limit decrease
Immediate
Increase or removal
72-hour cooling period
Self-exclusion
Six months, one, three or five years, or indefinite
Limits cover spending and prize-currency play
The responsible-play menu supports a purchase limit and a maximum amount of Clash Coins played during a chosen period. A decrease takes effect immediately; an increase or removal waits 72 hours.
The policy’s purchase section uses the term Gold Coins, which does not match Clash5’s main product vocabulary. That editorial defect should be fixed, but the intended daily, weekly and monthly control structure is clear.
Exclusion needs advance balance planning
Timed self-exclusion blocks access until the selected period ends. Indefinite exclusion lasts at least six months and adds a seven-day cooling period before reactivation; permanent closure is irreversible.
The responsible gameplay policy warns that Clash Coins expire after 60 days. Clash5 says it will use reasonable efforts to handle a verified, eligible balance meeting the minimum, but that is not the same as suspending expiry for every excluded account.
