Clash5 Account Management
How registration, access, profile changes, account closure, and recovery work in practice.
Account limit
One account per person
Clash Coin expiry
60 days
Seasonal Cards
Remain visible after retirement but cannot compete
History window
Six months for purchase, redemption and play histories
A visible balance or card can still lose utility
Clash Coins are subject to a 60-day expiry rule. Seasonal Cards can remain in the account after retirement while becoming unavailable for current battles, so the interface can preserve an item that no longer has its former use.
The six-month history views help monitor purchases, redemptions and play. Exporting or retaining key transaction references is still sensible when an issue may outlast that window.
Closure can forfeit virtual balances
Closing an account without first requesting an eligible prize can cancel Cards and Clash Coins, and a balance below the applicable minimum does not create a prize entitlement. Duplicate accounts and inaccurate identity or location information can also lead to action.
Clash5’s public sources do not establish a 2FA feature. A unique password and protected email account remain the baseline controls.
