One account and current details

Players may maintain only one Customer Account, including an inactive account. Account sharing and transfers of Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins between accounts are prohibited.

Registration details must remain current. The registered legal name must match government identification. Address, email and phone changes should go through official support.

Inactive accounts

An account becomes inactive after more than 12 consecutive months without a login or logout under the current Terms. VGW reserves the right to close an inactive account.

Sweeps Rules add a shorter balance consideration: Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after the player’s last login. Logging in does not override the expected closure date or guarantee prize eligibility, but the rule makes inactivity material.

Closing an account

Players can request closure through Contact Us or the support email identified in the Terms. A voluntary closure forfeits continued access to Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins and unredeemed prizes.

Account security

Use a unique password, protect the registered email account and report suspected compromise immediately. LuckyLand Slots holds the player responsible for activity through the account, including unauthorized purchases, so quick reporting and preserved records are important.

This is an age affirmation, not identity verification.
