States excluded from promotional play
LuckyLand Slots excludes California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia from its sweepstakes promotion under current Sweeps Rules v29.0.
Standard Play and Gold Coin purchases use a narrower six-state exclusion list in the current Terms: Connecticut, Delaware, Michigan, Montana, Nevada and Washington. A login or access to Gold Coin mode therefore does not prove eligibility to collect, play or redeem Sweeps Coins.
Location and identity still control
Players must reside in the United States outside the applicable excluded territories and must not use a VPN, proxy or similar tool to mask location. The account details and any redemption details must belong to the eligible player.
Travel can change eligibility. A player who enters an excluded state should stop promotional play even if the account remains visible.
The closing date is not a complete timetable
The supplied notice states September 14, 2026 as the closing date. It does not publish a final purchase date, gameplay date or redemption request date. Any account-specific deadline should come from the player’s own LuckyLand Slots message or official support response.
