Gold Coin purchase rules
Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for prizes. A package may include Sweeps Coins as a free promotional bonus, but the purchase is for Gold Coins.
The current Terms require the payment card, wallet or financial account to be legally and beneficially owned by the registered player. A name mismatch can lead to immediate suspension and a verification request.
Refunds and billing disputes
Gold Coin purchases are final, nonrefundable, nontransferable and nonexchangeable. The Terms require a player to report a billing problem within 30 days of the transaction.
This makes speculative purchasing especially difficult to justify near an expected closure. The player notice does not state a last purchase date or promise a refund for unused Gold Coins.
Preserve the transaction trail
Existing players should save purchase receipts, the account transaction history and any pending redemption reference. When contacting support, use the email registered to the account and identify the transaction without sending a full card number or password.
