What KingPrize may request

KingPrize may request:

• A driver’s license, state ID or other government-issued photo ID
• Proof of residential address
• Proof that the payment method and receiving bank account belong to the player
• Recent bank statements or pay slips
• Tax returns or other lawful source-of-funds records
• Additional information required for AML, KYC or counter-terrorist-financing checks

KingPrize can request verification around a single or cumulative redemption above $100 under its Terms. Enhanced verification applies to a single prize or cumulative winnings above $5,000 during a rolling 24-month period under the Sweepstakes Rules.

Deadlines and consequences

The enhanced $5,000 check gives the player five days to provide requested documents. Missing, false or incomplete information can delay or cancel the request, suspend the account or forfeit prizes.

The broader Terms give 30 days for an ordinary verification request. Because the shorter deadline can apply to a larger case, respond by the date in the actual request and ask support to confirm receipt.

Name, address and bank matching

The registration name must match government ID, the purchase method and the prize destination. A joint bank account can trigger verification of the other account holder.

Update profile details through the official account flow before submitting a redemption. A mismatch discovered during review can delay the request or lead to restriction.

Prepare for verification

• Use the legal name printed on current ID
• Keep a recent address document
• Confirm the bank account can receive USD
• Redact only fields KingPrize explicitly permits
• Save the upload confirmation and support ticket
• Respond within five days when enhanced verification applies
