Redemption minimum and methods
KingPrize currently configures a 100 SC minimum. Its public Rules refer only to preset minimums rather than printing the amount, leaving the value to the current payout configuration and signed-in Redeem screen.
Cash requests use an approved payment method or bank account in the verified player’s name. Gift-card requests route through Prizeout. KingPrize also names Skrill and checks as possible methods, but availability can vary by account and location.
Playthrough
Ordinary SC must be played at least once before resulting winnings become redeemable. Bonus SC uses a 10x default and can carry another promotion-specific requirement.
Only approved slots contribute to bonus playthrough. The SC wallet distinguishes unplayed from redeemable balances, and a visible total does not establish that the minimum has been met.
Timing and request frequency
KingPrize uses a minimum 72-hour review period and allows methods to take up to 10 business days under its Sweepstakes Rules. Reviews run Monday through Friday during business hours.
The Rules permit one active request every 48 hours, while the Terms say one request in each 24-hour period. The Rules are the more specific sweepstakes document, but the mismatch should be resolved on the signed-in request screen.
Limits and caps
KingPrize applies several separate limits:
- $5,000 total redemptions during any rolling seven-day period
- Additional review and possible split payments above $5,000
- 100 SC maximum winnings from non-purchased SC
- $1,000 maximum redeemable value for a single outcome using SC attached to a package below $20
- Promotion-specific playthrough and expiry limits
Redemption process
Request a KingPrize prize
- Complete playthrough | Move eligible winnings into the redeemable SC balance.
- Finish verification | Resolve identity, address, payment and source-of-funds requests.
- Check the minimum | Confirm at least 100 redeemable SC and the current method limits.
- Select a destination | Use a bank, card, Skrill or gift-card option offered to the account.
- Save the record | Capture the amount, method, request ID and submission time.
- Monitor support | Follow up after the published method window or when a document request appears.
