KingPrize sells a limited license to use GC, XC or Gems for entertainment. These currencies cannot be redeemed for cash and are not deposits. Selected packages include free SC as a promotional bonus.
The current $19.99 welcome purchase includes 40,000 GC, 40 SC and 20 free SC spins. Package amounts and prices can change, and the attached SC remains subject to playthrough, expiry and outcome caps.
Payment ownership and verification
The payment instrument must belong to the verified account holder and use the same legal name. KingPrize can request identity and payment-ownership documents before accepting a purchase or processing a later redemption.
Payment credentials may be stored by KingPrize and its processors for future purchases. Use an account with transaction alerts, review the confirmation before submitting and keep the receipt.
Final-sale and chargeback rules
Purchases and played virtual currency are generally final, nonrefundable and nontransferable. KingPrize retains discretion to issue a refund but does not promise one.
A chargeback can suspend the account and create a claimed debt for the disputed amount. Contact support first when a package is missing, duplicated or incorrectly described and preserve the store screen, receipt and wallet history.
