One-account rule
KingPrize permits one account per person, including any inactive account. Accounts opened through relatives, representatives or another identity can be treated as duplicates.
Contact support when an older account exists or when two registrations were created accidentally. Opening another account to bypass recovery can cause all related accounts to be suspended or closed.
Profile accuracy
The account must use an accurate legal name, birth date, residential address, email and phone number. The name must match government ID, purchase instruments and prize destinations.
Address, email and phone changes should be made through the signed-in flow or support. Update details before a purchase or redemption rather than during a pending verification.
SC expiry and closure
SC expires after 60 consecutive days without login. Bonus SC has a shorter 30-day expiry when playthrough remains incomplete.
KingPrize may forfeit virtual currency and prizes when an account is closed for a rules breach, duplicate registration, failed identity check, payment mismatch, location violation, bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct.
Password and account security
The account holder is responsible for activity under the username and password. KingPrize can hold the player responsible for losses connected with unauthorized access.
Use a unique password, enable available verification controls and report suspected access immediately. Do not share a password, verification code or payment credential with another player or an unsolicited support contact.
Common account problems
Check
- Stop registering and recover the original account after a duplicate-account warning.
- Confirm the profile name matches current identification before purchasing or redeeming.
- Review the 30-day bonus and 60-day inactivity rules when SC is missing.
Collect
- Save wallet history, account notices, timestamps and the exact error text.
- Record the current physical location without exposing sensitive identity details in ordinary chat.

- Change the password, end other sessions and contact support after a suspicious login.
- Disable VPN or proxy services and ask support to review an incorrect restricted-state block.
