California, Indiana and Maine are separately limited to Game Coins mode and cannot use the SC promotion under the current state clause.
Illinois enforcement context
Illinois is not included in JackpotRabbit’s current restricted-state clause. The Illinois Gaming Board nevertheless directed JackpotRabbit to block Illinois residents or discontinue cash, gift-card and other prize play in its February 4, 2026 letter.
The Board has not published a withdrawal of the letter. Illinois users should not interpret account access as permission to use the SC promotion.
Age, identity and location checks
JackpotRabbit requires accurate registration details and can verify age, address, identity and physical location. Location services may be required. VPNs, false addresses and altered documents can lead to restriction or closure.
