JackpotRabbit Account Management
How registration, access, profile changes, account closure, and recovery work in practice.
One account and accurate details
JackpotRabbit requires accurate personal information and limits users to one account. Registration may also be limited by IP address. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, rented or shared.
Use password recovery or support if access is lost. Opening another account can be treated as a violation even when the original login problem was accidental.
Updating or closing the account
Contact support to correct a legal name, email, phone number or residential address. JackpotRabbit may verify the change before restoring access.
An account can be closed through support. Closure forfeits continued access to every virtual coin associated with the account. Save purchase records and resolve a disputed charge before requesting closure.
Conflicting inactivity clauses
Terms section 4.9 permits closure after 60 days of inactivity and calls the account dormant. Section 6.11 separately defines dormancy as 12 consecutive months without Game Coin play and expires virtual coins at that point.
Those clauses use different time periods and activity tests. The safer assumption is that access can be affected after the shorter 60-day period. Ask support for written account-specific clarification if a balance or purchase record matters.
