JackpotRabbit’s current Terms provide account closure through support. Public pages do not give clear instructions for purchase limits, session limits, time-outs or self-exclusion. Those controls may appear after registration and login.

The SC promotion can create an incentive to chase a redeemable balance in addition to the risks of overspending, disrupted sleep or excessive session time.

Use boundaries before play

Set a purchase budget and session end time before opening a game. Device screen-time controls, payment-provider alerts and removal of saved payment methods can create boundaries outside the platform.

Stop if purchases are being hidden, play interferes with bills or sleep, or sessions continue mainly to recover losses or reach the 50 SC minimum.

Requesting stronger restriction

Ask support whether the account provides purchase limits, time-outs or self-exclusion and request the exact restriction needed. Save the effective date and case number. If permanent removal is necessary, request account closure and understand that unused Game Coins will be forfeited.

Put a practical boundary in place

1. Stop play and optional purchases | Prevent the immediate pattern from continuing.
2. Remove saved payment methods | Add friction before another purchase.
3. Contact official support | Request the exact restriction or closure needed.
4. Save the confirmation | Keep the effective date and case number.
