What a purchase provides
JackpotRabbit may sell virtual-coin packages in U.S. dollars. The Terms allow a purchase to increase the coin balance, expand game variety or remove advertising. The checkout uses an on-screen confirmation followed by an email confirmation.
The charge appears as UTech Solutions LLC. Save the package screen, receipt, amount and date so an incorrect credit can be investigated.
Payment ownership and verification
The payment mechanism must belong to the account holder and use the same name. JackpotRabbit can suspend an account or void a purchase after a mismatch. It may also request payment-ownership evidence and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documentation.
Do not send a complete card number, security code, password or online-banking credentials by ordinary email. Ask support for a secure upload route and provide only the specifically requested information.
Final purchases and unused coins
Purchases are final under the current Terms. Virtual coins are licensed entertainment items, not stored funds. Account closure, suspension or dormancy can remove the remaining balance.
