JackpotRabbit can request government photo identification, proof of address, payment-ownership evidence, location access and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documents. Credit-background checks may also be used when reasonably required or legally necessary.
The legal name, birth date and address should match the account. Correct a genuine error through support rather than altering a document or opening a second account.
When checks can occur
Verification can occur during registration, before or after a purchase, after unusual activity or during a rule-compliance review. Access can remain restricted until the required checks are complete.
These checks protect account, payment and prize integrity. Verification does not convert Game Coins into SC or guarantee approval of a prize request.
Protect sensitive records
