JackpotRabbit licenses Game Coins for entertainment and uses SC for the separate prize promotion. Game Coin outcomes remain non-redeemable. Collected SC must be played once, and qualifying SC wins can support a prize request from 50 SC.
Guest-facing product settings can disable cash registration and the redemption interface. That does not disprove the authenticated SC route. The account’s redeemable SC balance controls eligibility.
Earlier prize model and Illinois order
The Illinois Gaming Board observed JackpotRabbit offering cash, gift-card and other prizes on January 14, 2026. Its February 4 cease-and-desist letter required the company to block Illinois residents or discontinue those prizes.
Current Terms dated February 27 describe ordinary virtual coins incompletely. The Illinois letter restricts Illinois prize play but does not establish that eligible accounts elsewhere lost the SC promotion.
