McLuck redemption requirements
Before building or redeeming an SC balance
- Confirm your physical location remains eligible.
- Complete identity and payment-ownership checks.
- Use collected SC at least once in an eligible Sweepstakes Game.
- Open the logged-in Redeem screen and record the available partner, fee, and current timing.
- Use an account and destination in your own legal name.
McLuck requires all SC collected through the routes in section 3 of Rules version 1.9 to be used at least once before they can count toward a prize request. Duplicate accounts, automated or collusive play, chargebacks, prohibited locations, or mismatched details can stop the process.

How long McLuck redemptions take
McLuck says prize payments may take up to 10 days under Sweepstakes Rules version 1.9. Requests over $2,500 may take longer because of bank clearance, security, and fraud checks, and may arrive in more than one payment. Recent customer reports range from prompt delivery to multi-day review, but those reports are context rather than a guarantee.
