SweepShark Account Management
How registration, access, profile changes, account closure, and recovery work in practice.
One account and accurate details
Players must keep their legal name, address, email and phone information current. Lost access should be handled through recovery or support instead of a second registration.
Account sharing, sale and transfer are prohibited. Duplicate accounts can be suspended or closed, with coins and promotional benefits voided.
Updating or closing the account
Contact support to change personal details that cannot be edited in the profile. Account closure can terminate the license and forfeit remaining Virtual Coins. Resolve any separate contest claim before closing and ask support how the applicable rules treat it.
Conflicting inactivity periods
One clause permits closure after 60 days of inactivity, while another defines dormancy after 12 months without gameplay. The inconsistency makes the shorter period the safer planning assumption. Ask support for written clarification if maintaining an account or promotion balance matters.
