Restricted states
SweepShark excludes Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming under its current account agreement.
California, Indiana and Maine are listed separately as Gold Coins-only states. That clause would be important if another coin or promotional mode appears after login. Access to the registration page is not a substitute for state eligibility.
Illinois context
Illinois does not appear in the current restricted-state clause. The Illinois Gaming Board nevertheless demanded that SweepShark block Illinois residents or discontinue cash, gift-card and other prize play in its February 2026 letter.
The public Terms now define ordinary gameplay as non-redeemable. An Illinois user should not interpret site access as confirmation that a separate prize promotion is lawful or available.
Identity and location checks
SweepShark can verify age, identity, residential address and physical location. The platform can require location services and may suspend accounts that use false details, altered documents or location-masking tools.
