Deposit methods and limits
Available methods can change by account and location. A deposit may appear before it fully clears and cannot necessarily be withdrawn until settlement. Use only a payment method in your name and confirm the current minimum, maximum, fee, and cash-advance treatment before authorizing it.
Player-fund custody and account balances
AmWest holds player funds, including unrevealed payouts, separately from operating accounts and reconciles the USD ledger under Jokio’s current Terms. Vision facilitates the transaction and balance display. Jokio’s homepage presents an intermediate Credits step that needs logged-in clarification because the Terms deny an alternate in-game currency.
Fees, cash advances, and chargebacks
A rejected, reversed, or charged-back deposit can create an amount owed, trigger fees, and restrict the account. Your bank or card issuer may impose its own costs even when Jokio does not display a platform fee.
Declined or missing deposits
Save the authorization status, amount, timestamp, method, descriptor, receipt, and Jokio transaction ID. Contact Jokio before repeating a pending transaction, and do not send a full unmasked account or card number through ordinary email.
