Limits and activity history

Jokio lets players set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, according to its Responsible Gaming Policy. A reduction takes effect immediately; an increase or removal may require a cooling-off period. The policy does not specify a universal increase delay or separate loss, wager and session-limit settings.

Account statements help distinguish live wagers, payouts and unrevealed amounts. Published control options establish what Jokio commits to providing, while the exact logged-in interface and enforcement remain untested.

Cooling off and time-outs

Jokio offers cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 30 days. Wagering and deposits are disabled during the break, while the account remains viewable but inactive. The Terms apply responsible-gaming restrictions across wagering and interactive reveal features and preserve lawful access to cleared, eligible funds, subject to verification and documented holds.

Self-exclusion

Jokio offers self-exclusion for one, three or five years, or lifetime. A selected period cannot be shortened or reversed. The account is locked, wagering is blocked and marketing communications are stopped where reasonably possible under the published policy. Permanent account closure is a separate support request.

Self-excluded customers may not bypass the restriction through another account. New York residents can also use the state voluntary-exclusion process. Cross-brand coverage across other AmWest-facing services remains unconfirmed.

Eligible funds and BPool tickets during a restriction

Jokio preserves lawful withdrawal of cleared and eligible funds during a responsible-gaming restriction, subject to verification and documented holds. Accepted wagers settle under their governing rules. Restriction or closure does not itself transfer ownership of a BPool ticket, but its existing seven-day reveal condition still matters. A timely Reveal All request protects covered tickets; support may provide a route when the interface is restricted. The process can forfeit unused Promo Credits and applicable promotional winnings after a warning and confirmation.

Choosing the appropriate control

Use a deposit limit for a binding funding ceiling, cool-off for a defined break, and self-exclusion when access should stop. If gambling is causing immediate financial, personal, or safety harm, stop wagering, use the strongest available restriction, and contact qualified local support.
