Where is Jokio available?
Jokio currently lists Alabama, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and Wyoming in its Terms of Service. Availability can change for regulatory or contractual reasons, so a historical list is not enough to establish current access.
How the licensing relationship works
Vision Derby does not itself hold a wagering license. AmWest conducts the wagers and holds player funds under its Oregon hub license. This structure makes Jokio a platform partner rather than the licensed ADW operator, and the relationship should be stated directly instead of shortening it to a general “US licensed” claim.
Age, residence, and account requirements
Customers must be 21 or older, use one personal account, provide accurate information, pass identity and age checks, and maintain a principal residence in a permitted jurisdiction. Jokio can also screen payment ownership, sanctions, fraud, and exclusions before enabling deposits, wagers, or withdrawals.
Before registering or depositing
- Confirm the current Terms still list your state.
- Confirm you are physically inside a listed state when using wagering functions.
- Use your legal identity and your own payment method.
- Recover an existing account instead of creating a duplicate.
Geolocation, travel, and moving
Jokio may use device geolocation when wagering features are opened. A failed or disabled check can restrict access. VPNs, proxies, remote desktops, and similar location-masking tools are prohibited and may lead to suspension or voided wagers.
If your principal residence changes to a non-permitted jurisdiction, stop using the wagering service and notify support. Ask for written guidance about any unsettled or unrevealed balance before moving or extended travel.
