What balance can be withdrawn?
Withdrawable funds generally exclude pending deposits, unsettled wagers, promotional credits, and amounts under an active compliance hold. Jokio says settled live payouts enter the USD ledger and do not depend on completing an animation. Customers may request that unrevealed payouts be displayed and made available, subject to the normal checks.
Withdrawal methods, minimums, maximums, and fees
Jokio generally returns funds to the original method where practical. Alternative routing may be required when a card cannot receive funds or compliance demands another method. The public Terms allow method-specific minimums but do not provide a complete table.
How long withdrawals take
The five-business-day target covers Jokio’s processing, not necessarily final bank or wallet delivery. Verification, compliance, fraud, sanctions, tax documentation, processor delays, and regulatory requirements can extend it.
Rejected or delayed withdrawals
Check cleared balance, unsettled wagers, identity status, original payment method, minimum, tax requests, and any account freeze. Ask support for the exact stage, owner, missing requirement, expected decision date, and transaction reference.
Tax reporting
Jokio’s Terms describe W-2G reporting and possible withholding for qualifying horse-racing winnings, with AmWest responsible for wagering-related reporting. Thresholds and personal consequences depend on current law and individual facts; seek qualified tax advice when needed.
