Jokio Account Management
How registration, access, profile changes, account closure, and recovery work in practice.
Account limit
One per person
Inactivity threshold
13 months
Monthly inactivity fee
Greater of 5% or $5, capped at $100
Termination balance target
Cleared funds within ten business days, subject to holds
Creating and recovering an account
Use accurate information and recover the existing account rather than registering again. Accounts, funds, credits, and promotions cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred to another person.
Changing personal or residence information
Keep the principal residence, email, phone, and payment information current. Stop wagering and notify support if a move takes you outside the permitted jurisdictions.
Restricted, suspended, and inactive accounts
Verification failure, location circumvention, chargebacks, fraud, coordinated play, automated betting, or regulatory review can restrict an account. Logging in, depositing, or withdrawing reactivates an ordinary inactive account, but prior inactivity fees are not refunded.
Closure, self-exclusion, and data deletion
Ordinary termination, responsible-play exclusion, and privacy deletion are different actions. Jokio aims to return cleared funds within ten business days after termination, subject to unresolved wagers, verification, compliance, disputes, chargebacks, or investigations. Regulatory records can remain after closure or deletion.
