Physical location controls eligibility
Card Crush excludes residents of Nevada and Washington and prohibits use outside the United States. The location at the time of play matters, so an eligible home address does not authorize play while traveling abroad or through an excluded state.
VPNs, proxy services and other methods used to disguise location are prohibited. Individual casino suppliers can also restrict a game in a jurisdiction even when the Card Crush account itself remains available.
The two-state list is a product rule, not a legal conclusion
The current exclusion list is narrower than the availability limits of many sweepstakes casinos, but it should not be read as a declaration that every other state has approved the product. Players remain responsible for current local restrictions, and Card Crush can update the permitted territory.
The practical conclusion is to recheck the current Terms before registering or traveling. Location masking risks suspension and can affect prize eligibility.
