Limits require support involvement

Card Crush allows purchase and time limits to be requested through support. Increasing or removing a control takes at least 24 hours, which adds useful friction after a decision to reduce play.

Breaks and self-exclusion suspend access to cards and Mystery Coins. A prize request that has not completed before exclusion may not be processed, while balances can be reinstated if the account later returns, subject to seasonal card substitution.

Random boxes add a second spending loop

Card Crush combines randomized collectible purchasing with casino-style Mystery Coin play. A player can chase a rarity or duplicate upgrade before any casino session begins, so a limit should account for box purchases as well as time or coins spent in games.

The responsible-play policy provides the control routes, but it does not replace a personal budget. Card retirement also makes repeated purchases a poor way to preserve value indefinitely.
