A mystery-box purchase is not a cash balance
Purchased cards have collection and battle utility but are not withdrawable. A Mystery Box can include cards and may award Mystery Coins, yet the box itself does not create a guaranteed cash value.
The $9.99 headline should therefore be assessed as a randomized collectible purchase. Card retirement can reduce future battle utility, and an unwanted duplicate has value only through the product’s upgrade system.
