Season retirement and dormancy solve different problems

Card seasons control competitive eligibility. A retired card remains in the visual collection but cannot be placed into a current battle lineup, so total owned cards can overstate active competitive depth.

The 60-day rule concerns Mystery Coins and qualifying account activity. The Terms permit expiration or forfeiture after the stated inactivity period, making a small unplayed balance more time-sensitive than the permanent-looking collection interface suggests.

Duplicate accounts can jeopardize balances

Card Crush permits one account per person and can act against duplicate, inaccurate or location-masked accounts. Cards, virtual items and currencies are nontransferable, so opening another account is not a recovery route.

Current official public material does not establish 2FA. Players should use a unique password, protect the registered email address and contact support promptly if login or purchase activity is unfamiliar.
