How SC become eligible
SC obtained through promotional routes normally must be played in an applicable game at least once before counting toward redemption. Qualifying SC can be redeemed at $1 per SC, subject to the 100 SC minimum and account checks. The Official Rules allow different conditions to be specified, so the standard 1x rule is not a guarantee for every promotion.
Playthrough does not preserve the original balance. For example, receiving 40 promotional SC does not itself meet the 100 SC cash threshold, and gameplay can reduce the balance. Buying more posters does not guarantee reaching a redeemable amount.
Pending review and payment processing are separate
The standard pending period is up to 72 hours for account, security and verification review. Processing starts after that period and completion of required checks. A separate clause permits up to three days for payment processing, while payments above $2,000 can take longer and may arrive in multiple amounts.
Taken together, those stages can amount to around six days before additional delays, rather than a guaranteed three-day end-to-end payout. The FAQ clarifies that the usual 72-hour review includes weekends and that approval is followed by bank processing. It does not turn the separate processing stage into a guaranteed arrival date. No completed redemption has been independently tested for this review.
Methods, fees and limits
Bank-account redemptions are contemplated, with account ownership checks. The Redeem route required completion of date-of-birth and contact details in the supplied account. Exact payout rails and any gift-card option or minimum therefore remain unconfirmed. A reference to a cash prize should not be expanded into an unsupported list of cashier brands.
Spinsly may charge processing fees no higher than its reasonably estimated processing costs, but does not publish a fixed universal fee in the rules. It permits one request every 24 hours, reserves a $2,000 daily redemption limit and caps redemptions at $40,000 in each rolling 30-day period.
New York residents face a separate $5,000 prize limit per spin or play round. Amounts above that limit are not redeemable under the published rule; it is distinct from a daily withdrawal allowance.
Dormancy, cancellation and account closure
SC expire after 60 consecutive days without SC gameplay. Logging in or browsing posters alone does not meet that definition. Accounts must remain open and active for redemption, and closure can forfeit unredeemed SC.
A redemption may be cancelable during the pending period. Cancellation returns the player to the risk of further play; the original redemption amount is not protected if the balance later changes. Breaks and self-exclusion have additional balance and pending-redemption complications covered in the responsible-play section.
