Spinsly Account Management
How registration, access, profile changes, account closure, and recovery work in practice.
One account and consistent identity
One account is permitted per person. Spinsly can apply further limits by household, address, device, IP address and payment method. If access is lost, the prescribed route is password recovery or support, rather than creating a replacement account, under the account terms.
Registered information must remain accurate and match verification documents. Accounts, passwords and virtual coins cannot be shared or transferred. Changing a residential address is particularly relevant because eligibility is tied to residence and location.
Two different 60-day rules
The account terms allow closure after 60 days or more of inactivity without mandatory prior notice. Separately, the Official Rules define SC dormancy as 60 consecutive days without SC gameplay, after which SC expire.
These clauses should not be collapsed into a simple statement that every login protects the SC balance. They also do not establish a separate universal poster-expiry period. Poster access is licensed through the account; seasonal retirement or continued access after closure remains unconfirmed.
Closure is different from self-exclusion
Players can ask support to close an account, but closure forfeits virtual-coin benefits and is described as reversible. The Terms explicitly distinguish ordinary closure from responsible-play breaks and exclusion. A person seeking protection from play should use the appropriate exclusion route rather than rely on a closure request alone.
The prize rules require an open, active account for redemption. Pending prizes and eligible balances therefore need explicit handling when closure is requested; automatic payment of a remaining balance is not promised.
Security controls
The guest login provides email and password fields, a Remember Me option and password recovery. The Terms also contemplate Google or Facebook login where available, but do not prove that each option is currently enabled for every account.
The authenticated Profile page includes a password-change action, email and postal marketing preferences, and an optional notification about using redeemable balance. None of these settings was changed. Two-factor authentication and session-management controls remain unconfirmed. Any suspected compromise should be reported through the official support route, without sharing passwords or one-time codes.
