Residence and location both matter

Spinsly ties access to residence and the location from which games are used. Section 3.4 of the Terms of Use names New York, California and Indiana. The Official Rules use broader U.S.-resident language subject to restricted territories, but the Terms state that they control when incorporated policies conflict. This review therefore uses the narrower poster-product clause.

The footer and Official Rules use an 18+ threshold; the Terms say over 18 or the higher local age of majority. Players must satisfy the applicable age requirement rather than relying solely on a footer badge. Eligibility also depends on applicable law, not simply on a page loading successfully.

Travel, verification and supplier access

Spinsly prohibits VPN use and other attempts to disguise location. It can require device location services and third-party location verification. An eligible home address does not establish permission to play while traveling elsewhere.

Registration may also be restricted by household, device, IP address or payment method. A second household member should not assume a separate email address guarantees eligibility. Game-level or account checks may further limit access; the authenticated implementation remains unconfirmed.

State changes can affect existing entries

Outstanding entries and related benefits may not be honored if legislative, regulatory or governmental action makes participation prohibited, restricted or impracticable in a state, under the Official Rules. That clause includes postal entries. The poster model itself does not guarantee that access or prize eligibility will continue unchanged.
