What a purchase provides

A poster purchase grants personal access and display rights through the account. The poster or package and its price must be shown before completion. Complimentary promotional benefits may accompany the purchase, but virtual coins are not sold separately under section 6 of the Terms of Use.

The public welcome bundle costs $20 and includes four posters, 40 SC and a wheel spin. The authenticated Poster Store offered five regular packs and described poster delivery to the registered email address. Royal, Gems, Egypt, Safari and Relics identify pack themes, but the pack tiles do not establish which individual artworks will be delivered. Individual poster artwork, selection mechanics, duplicate handling, randomized contents and completed delivery remain unconfirmed. A purchased collection or gallery was not available for assessment in the zero-purchase test account; this does not establish that the feature is absent. Poster collecting should be evaluated on its entertainment value, without assigning a resale or investment value that the terms do not provide.

These regular packs work out at $10 per poster before any account-specific offer. The four-poster welcome bundle at $20 is a separate promotion; the ordinary two-poster Gems Pack should not be described as automatically containing the welcome benefits. The Poster Store did not itemize SC on the regular pack tiles, so no SC amount is assigned to those packs here.

Where the cashier requires more account details

Spinsly requires profile completion before exposing the next purchase step in the supplied account. Selecting the $10 Royal Pack opened Step 1 of 2, requesting first and last name, date of birth, country, address, city, state and ZIP code. No details were submitted, so the final payment-method selection, transaction fees and completed receipt remain unconfirmed. The FAQ’s named card and wallet methods should be read as documented options, not as a verified cashier selection for this account.

Payment ownership and statements

Purchases are denominated in USD and require a payment method belonging to the account holder. A name mismatch can lead to suspension or cancellation of purchases and related benefits. The statement descriptor may be Spinsly or another name disclosed at checkout.

Spinsly identifies credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay as purchase methods in its FAQ. Availability can depend on the device, browser, location and card issuer. The test account established pack prices, but no payment was submitted and no final cashier fee or card-network list was verified.

Refunds and chargebacks

Poster purchases are generally final once delivered or made available, except where the operator expressly allows a refund or applicable law preserves a non-waivable right. A chargeback can trigger investigation and restrictions on the poster and promotional benefits. The prize rules also allow cancellation of pending redemptions following a chargeback.

Spinsly can restrict purchases accompanied by SC when it considers an existing balance sufficient for participation. That is a discretionary account measure, not a published universal balance threshold or a substitute for a user-set purchase limit.

Stored payment details

Payment information is handled by third-party processors, according to the Privacy Policy. The Terms also authorize the operator and/or payment agents to retain payment credentials for later purchases. Those statements may describe processor-held credentials or tokens, but the precise account implementation is unconfirmed. Saved-card controls should not be assumed from the legal wording alone.
