Documents and verification timing

Possible documents include government-issued photo ID such as a passport or driver’s license, a utility bill matching the registered address, and a payslip or bank statement for source-of-funds or wealth checks. These are examples rather than a promise that every player must provide the same set, under section 9 of the Terms.

Spinsly may restrict an account while checks are incomplete. Failure to supply a requested document in the required form within 40 days of the initial request can lead to account deactivation or further restrictions. The policy permits third-party identity and location checks and requires location services when needed to operate the account.

The account verification panel added a practical restriction: document submission opens only 72 hours after first gameplay and when the account has at least 100 redeemable SC. It separated total balance, redeemable balance and Still to Play, and provided email and phone verification actions. The supplied account was unverified, so no document workflow was completed.

The FAQ names valid ID, address evidence and linked payment methods as redemption documentation, with instructions to mask the middle eight digits of a card image. Selfie requirements, biometric processing, SSN collection and the specific verification vendor remain unconfirmed.

Matching the account and prize destination

The account name must match purchase methods, and bank redemptions must go to an account held in the player’s name. Joint accounts may require additional documentation for the other holder. Potential winners may also be asked for an eligibility declaration and a liability or publicity release where applicable, under the Official Rules.

Prize eligibility remains subject to operator validation. A displayed balance or screenshot of a winning round is not a substitute for completed verification. This review has not tested verification turnaround or the document-upload interface.

Privacy considerations

Spinsly collects contact details, account information, purchase history, device identifiers, location information and usage data, with service-provider sharing described in its Privacy Policy. The public policy permits erasure requests subject to continuing reasons for processing, but does not give a clear fixed retention schedule for all verification records.

The practical concern is the scope of information that may be requested, especially source-of-funds evidence. Sensitive documents should be submitted only through an authenticated official process confirmed for the specific request, rather than posted in public support discussions.
