Creating and recovering an account

Use accurate legal details and recover an existing account instead of opening another one. Do not share, sell, transfer, or let another person fund or control the account.

Changing personal information

Keep the address, email, phone, payment details, and tax information current. Horseplay may require reverification after a change, especially when residence or payment ownership affects eligibility.

Restricted, suspended, and inactive accounts

Location circumvention, duplicate accounts, identity failure, payment reversals, fraud, collusion, excluded-person activity, or regulatory review can restrict access. Ordinary activity can stop future inactivity charges, but previously assessed fees may remain.

Closure and remaining funds

Ordinary closure, permanent self-exclusion, and privacy deletion are separate requests. Ask how pending wagers, reserves, cleared funds, tax records, and regulatory retention will be handled before closing.
