Deposit methods and limits
The live cashier determines available methods, minimums, maximums, and processing costs. Confirm whether a card issuer treats the transaction as a cash advance and whether Horseplay or the processor adds a fee before authorizing payment.
Player credits and cash accounting
Horseplay uses player credits in its game presentation and promotions. The underlying account and wagering records still require a clear dollar-value trail. Distinguish purchased credit, promotional credit, settled winnings, player reserve, pending deposit, and withdrawable funds in the live wallet.
Pending deposits and chargebacks
A deposit can be credited before final bank settlement. A returned ACH, rejected card, dispute, or chargeback can produce a negative balance, fees, reversal of related activity, or account restriction.
Declined or missing deposits
Save the amount, timestamp, method, processor status, receipt, bank status, and Horseplay reference. Contact support before repeating a pending transaction. Share only masked financial details through the official route.
