What balance can be withdrawn?
Cleared and settled funds may be eligible after deductions for pending deposits, unresolved wagers, promotional restrictions, chargebacks, taxes, fees, or compliance holds. The live cashier should distinguish withdrawable funds from player credits and reserve amounts.
Withdrawal methods, limits, and fees
Horseplay generally uses the original funding method where possible. A card that cannot accept a payout or a compliance requirement can lead to ACH or another verified route. Confirm the live minimum, maximum, fee, and account-name requirement before requesting.
How long withdrawals take
The five-business-day target covers ordinary operator processing. Suspicious activity, identity checks, source-of-funds review, tax documentation, bank returns, processor timing, or regulatory review can extend delivery.
Rejected or delayed withdrawals
Check cleared funds, unsettled wagers, verification, payment ownership, method minimum, player reserve, tax requests, and account restrictions. Ask support for the exact stage, current owner, missing requirement, expected decision date, and transaction reference.
Tax reporting
Horseplay can request taxpayer information, issue applicable reporting such as Form W-2G, and withhold where required. Thresholds and personal obligations depend on current law and individual circumstances.
