How the operator relationship works
Game Play Network owns the brand and operates the wagering platform. Horseplay identifies its advance-deposit wagering structure and Oregon hub relationship in its legal materials. The operator can still use racetracks, totalizators, payment processors, identity vendors, and other service providers without transferring responsibility for the customer account.
Age, residence, and account requirements
