Current new-player package
Carnival Citi’s current official banner advertises:
- 3,000,000 Coins.
- 17,500 Sweeps Chips, equivalent to $17.50 under the brand’s scale.
- A $4.99 purchase price.
The banner is active in the current public feed through December 31, 2029, but Carnival Citi can replace or withdraw promotions. Check the live package and attached playthrough before purchase.
Free Sweeps Chip routes
Promo Rules v13.0 list several no-purchase methods:
- 5,000 Sweeps Chips for registering an account.
- 1,000 Sweeps Chips per daily login for up to five days.
- 2,000 Sweeps Chips per compliant postal request.
- Promotional SMS, notifications, social-media giveaways and bonus codes when available.
Promotional amounts use Carnival Citi’s 1,000-to-$1 denomination. The full free registration and five-day login schedule totals 10,000 Sweeps Chips, equivalent to $10 before required play.
Postal requests
Each postal request requires a unique 13-digit code, a handwritten 4 by 6 inch request card, a stamped number 10 envelope and the exact account and declaration details stated in the current rules. The code expires 90 days after display, can be used once and cannot be shared.
The request must be postmarked from the same state as the verified account address. One request is permitted per outer envelope.
Playthrough and expiry
Sweeps Chips require at least one play before resulting winnings can become prize eligible unless an offer states another requirement. Carnival Citi has recently published purchase promotions with higher playthrough, so the one-time base rule should not be assumed for every coupon.
Sweeps Chips expire 60 days after the player’s last login. Lucky Draw winnings must be claimed within 90 days.
VIP Access
Carnival Citi says a Coin package of $24.99 or more can unlock labeled VIP Access categories. Three-reel slots, table games, video poker, keno and arcade titles may be affected. Promotional packages do not necessarily unlock VIP content, and the most recent qualifying purchase controls access.
