What a package provides
Coins cannot be redeemed for prizes. A purchase licenses Coins for entertainment play and may include free Sweeps Chips under a separate promotion.
The current $4.99 new-player package displays 3,000,000 Coins and 17,500 Sweeps Chips. Other package prices, bonus amounts and payment methods can vary by account and time.
Payment ownership and refunds
Terms v13.0 require the account name, payment method and prize destination to match. Purchases are described as final and nonrefundable, although Carnival Citi reserves discretion over refund requests.
Chargebacks can lead to account suspension, termination and withholding of balances associated with the reversed payment. Contact support and preserve the purchase record before disputing a transaction.
Offer-specific playthrough
The standard rules require at least one play of Sweeps Chips. A specific package or coupon can set another requirement, and Carnival Citi has published temporary purchase bonuses with materially higher playthrough.
Keep a transaction record
Save the package screen, payment confirmation, transaction ID and balance change. Those details are more useful to support than a general statement that Coins or Sweeps Chips are missing.
