Carnival Citi excludes Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington and West Virginia under current Promo Rules v13.0.
That leaves promotional availability in 21 states. The list is much narrower than many nationwide sweepstakes casinos, so location should be checked before registration, play or redemption.
Age, residence and physical location
Carnival Citi requires an eligible participant to be a natural person, a U.S. resident and physically located where the promotion is permitted. VPNs, proxies and other location-masking services are prohibited.
The current Privacy Policy still says only people under 18 are prohibited, while the newer Terms and Promo Rules require 21 or the higher local minimum. Use the newer and stricter 21+ rule.
Household and identity restrictions
Carnival Citi permits one account per person and one account per household unless it gives prior written permission. The account name must match the player’s legal name, payment method and prize destination.
