What Carnival Citi can request

Current Terms allow Carnival Citi or its contractors to request:

• Government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of residential address.
• Proof that the payment method belongs to the account holder.
• Source-of-wealth or source-of-funds records.
• Geolocation checks.
• A face, voice, fingerprint, iris or other biometric scan.

The Privacy Policy also lists Social Security numbers, driver’s-license details, passport data, banking information and geolocation among the information the service may collect.

Deadlines and account restrictions

Carnival Citi may require prize-related documents and forms within seven days. A broader verification request that remains unanswered for 30 days can lead to suspension, termination or forfeiture under the Terms.

The account name should match the payment method and prize destination. Fixing a profile discrepancy after a prize request can increase review time and may require additional evidence.
